I forgot my password, how do I recover it?
If you forgot your password, click on the appropriate link “Forgot your password” in the “My account” section, immediately below the log-in form. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to register on ItalPet.it and confirm, you will receive a new password via email after a few minutes with which you can access the reserved area of the site.
You can then change your password by going to the “My account” section.
I did not receive the email with the password, what can I do?
Check that the email has not ended up in the junk mail of your mailbox, sometimes anti-spam software automatically trashes some messages.

All data collected through the registration form are processed in compliance with privacy regulations, stored in secure databases and protected with the most modern technologies. When you make a payment for an order, your credit card data is safe, and visible only to the banking network that carries out the operation: the SSL encrypted connection (with https protocol) will allow you to protect in a safe and guaranteed way every data entered, and tradizionicilentane.it will never directly know your bank details (credit card), nor will it store them.

How do I place an order?
Placing your order on tradizionicilentane.it is very simple: choose the product you wish to purchase and its format if required (for example the bottle format), indicate the quantity by entering it in the appropriate box and click on the button with the cart icon.
The product will be immediately added to the cart, visible on every page at the top right: by moving the mouse over the appropriate wording "cart" you will be able to see the summary of the products present and the provisional total of your order, and you will be able to remove products that you no longer want.
To confirm the order you will have to click on the "cart" link at the top right and then on "check out" and follow the procedure. You will be asked to log in if you are a registered user, or to enter your data if you do not wish to register.
When ordering you will be able to enter a shipping address and a billing address different from those entered when registering in your profile.
Once the order has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail summary of your order and all the products contained therein.
The minimum spending limit for each order is 20 euros. There is no maximum spending limit.
If the product I want is not available, how can I purchase it?
Only products that are available in stock or can be quickly produced will be available for purchase on the site, so your order can be processed quickly without forcing you to wait a long time for the goods to arrive.
What payment methods are accepted?
Tradizionicilentane.it accepts payments by credit card, PayPal, advance bank transfer and cash on delivery.
The system accepts all credit cards from the VISA and MasterCard circuits, prepaid Visa Electron and Postepay cards.
You can complete your purchase in complete safety with your credit card thanks to the adoption of the most modern security protocols. All data is encrypted with a secure server-to-server connection with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with 128-bit encryption and with EV (Extended Validation) certificate, the highest level of security available online today.
In the case of bank transfer, you must make the payment within 48 hours of placing your order on the bank account in the name of Tradizioni Cilentane srl with the bank details indicated during the order.
Always remember to include your order number in the reason for the transfer.
For the actual processing of the order, the credit of the bank transfer will be awaited on our account, for a maximum time of 3-4 working days. Only after the credit has been received will the preparation and shipment of the purchased products begin.
Tradizionicilentane.it does not apply any surcharge or transaction cost on all payment methods.
I made a mistake when placing my order, can I correct it?
If you made a mistake when placing your order, you must immediately contact our Customer Service by sending an email to info@tradizionicilentane.it
If the order has not yet been processed, our operators will cancel it, so you can place a new order.
If the order has already been processed by our warehouse and ready for shipping, no changes will be possible. If you no longer want the goods ordered, you will have to send them back at your own expense once received, using the methods provided for by the right of withdrawal.
Can I change my order once added to the cart?
Yes, you can change the products in the cart at any time by varying the quantities and eliminating them until the order is processed.
Can I cancel my order?
No, you cannot cancel the order online once placed. You can still return the purchase by making use of the right of withdrawal according to the methods indicated in the appropriate FAQ.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, you will need to enter all the information required to complete it during the order process (VAT number and/or tax code, company name and/or name and surname and full address).
The invoice will be sent in paper format within the shipment or in digital PDF format via email, also available in the “my account” area of the site.
As required by current legislation, you will then need to print and store the document. The invoice will remain available on the site for a minimum period of 1 year. To view the invoice in PDF format, you will need to download the appropriate Adobe Acrobat viewing software, available for free download at www.adobe.it.
If an invoice is not requested, tradizionicilentane.it will not be required to issue any fiscal document: for VAT purposes, in fact, indirect e-commerce transactions are entirely similar to mail order sales and, therefore, are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice (unless requested by the customer no later than the time the transaction is carried out), as provided for by article 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633 of 1972, nor to the obligation to certify by issuing a receipt or fiscal receipt pursuant to article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree no. 696 of 21 December 1996.
However, our shipments sent without an invoice may be accompanied, at our discretion, by a fiscal receipt or fiscal receipt.
How much does shipping cost? Which courier delivers?
The cost of shipping your order is calculated based on the type and weight of the products added to the cart and their weight. In the case of multiple products of different types in the same order, only the highest shipping cost will be considered.
The shipping cost is always indicated in the cart, accessible from every page of the site via the appropriate link at the top right, and varies from €5.00 to €50.00.
The products are shipped exclusively within Italy, excluding the extra-customs municipalities of Campione d'Italia and Livigno.
Shipping is carried out by national couriers, with delivery usually within 2-3 days from the departure date.
If you are not at home, the courier will leave a first notice and will attempt a second delivery the following day, after which your order will be placed in storage at the courier's warehouse in your province, where you will have to collect it, or returned to our warehouses.
Any storage or return costs of the product will be at your expense and, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be deducted from the refunded amount of the order.
In the event of problems with being at home, we recommend contacting the courier by telephone after receiving the first notice of passage to the number of the local branch indicated on the notice to agree on a precise time and place of delivery, in order to avoid the parcel being put into storage.

If I order different products, will I still receive a single shipment?
As a general rule, Tradizionicilentane.it always tries to ship all the products in an order in a single shipment.
If a specific product is temporarily unavailable, or if you have ordered products with very different production and processing times, Tradizionicilentane.it may divide your order into multiple shipments, sending the goods that are ready for shipment first.
In any case, no additional shipping costs will be charged to you, any additional shipments will be at the expense of tradizionicilentane.

Will I be able to track my shipment with a tracking code?
In the case of shipment with a national courier, you will be able to receive, if available, the tracking code via email with which you can follow your shipment from the courier's website. The tracking code will also be shown in the "my account" area of the website, in the order summary section.
Remember that the shipment will not be trackable and visible in the courier's systems when you receive our shipping confirmation email: it will be visible only after a few hours (up to 24 working hours) from receipt of the email, the time needed to load the shipment into the courier's tracking management system.

The package they are delivering to me seems damaged. What should I do?
If at the time of delivery by the courier the package seems damaged externally (with dents, cuts, burns, wet spots, ...) you must immediately report it to the courier.
If you notice serious and obvious damage, refuse the shipment, requesting that the order be returned to the sender, we will handle the return and, if the product is damaged, replace and resend the goods.
In the case of minor defects, you must accept the package subject to verification, explicitly writing on the courier's delivery receipt "accepted with reserve" and signing. In this way, if the goods contained in the package are actually damaged, it will be possible to request a refund from the courier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replaced at no additional cost.
If you do not accept the shipment with reserve, we will not be able to respond in any way for the damages.
You will have to use the normal procedure provided for by the right of withdrawal, with return shipping at your expense.
Only after receiving the return with all the original contents and packaging, we will be able to refund only the cost of the goods ordered.

I want to send my order as a gift, can I do that?
Yes, tradizionicilentane.it allows you to send your order as a gift: with a small surcharge you can add the gift package complete with a personalized card during the order.
Furthermore, the gift package will not contain tax documents or summaries showing the total price paid for the order.
During the order you can also indicate an alternative shipping address to receive the goods, different from the one indicated in your profile during registration.

If I want to return a purchased product, how should I proceed?
If you are not satisfied with the product received or, for any reason, you wish to return it to us, you will have a period of 10 working days to do so, as provided for by the current legislation on the right of withdrawal.
- If you make a return of your own volition (e.g. because you are not satisfied with the product received), you must proceed as follows:
1. Contact our Customer Service by email or telephone, always indicating the date and order number.
2. Send the package back in its entire packaging, with all the contents inside, also leaving the document with the order summary/delivery note and any invoice inside the package. Without this document, the return cannot be managed.
Remember that the cost of returning the return must be borne by you, as required by law, so you can choose the shipping method you prefer or evaluate the reduced cost of our courier for the return service. Customer Service will be able to give you all the details on the costs.

3. Within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the order directly with the same payment method used for the order, or by bank transfer to the details that will be requested by our customer service.
Remember that you can return any item except for personalized products made to measure for you or with particular customizations that make them non-reusable.
- if you make a return for non-conformity (in case you have received products that do not correspond to your order or are damaged), proceed as follows:
1. Contact our customer service at the contact details indicated in the "contacts" section, indicating the order number or your email.
We recommend that you also attach a photo of the product if possible in the case of damaged items.
2. Wait for the operator's response who will confirm the opening of the return procedure for non-conformity. The operator will agree with you on a method of reshipping the package by sending our courier directly to your home to collect the goods or by arranging for you to deliver to the courier's local depot (where you will have to indicate the destination of the package at the expense of Tradizioni Cilentane srl).
The reshipping will thus remain at our complete expense.
Other shipping methods will not be refunded.
3. As soon as we receive the goods at our warehouse, we will evaluate the return and, as agreed, resend the goods or cancel the order and issue the relative refund, which will take place within a maximum of 15 days, with the same payment method used for the order, or by bank transfer.
